DoonRooms ("Platform", "हम") भारत में संचालित एक ऑनलाइन रूम रेंटल इंटरमीडियरी प्लेटफॉर्म है। यह Policy आप पर — टेनेंट, रूम सिकर, या रेंटल यूजर — लागू होती है।
प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके आप इस Policy को पूरी तरह स्वीकार करते हैं।
🏠 2. प्लेटफॉर्म की प्रकृति
DoonRooms केवल एक इंटरमीडियरी प्लेटफॉर्म है। हम कोई प्रॉपर्टी ओनर, ब्रोकर या मैनेजर नहीं हैं।
⚠️ हम किसी भी रेंटल एग्रीमेंट में पार्टी नहीं हैं। सभी डीलिंग्स सीधे लैंडलॉर्ड और टेनेंट के बीच होती हैं।
💰 3. फाइनेंशियल डिस्क्लेमर
DoonRooms कोई पेमेंट प्रोसेस नहीं करता। रेंट, डिपॉजिट, एडवांस आदि सीधे लैंडलॉर्ड को दें।
⚠️ किसी भी फाइनेंशियल ट्रांजेक्शन से पहले लैंडलॉर्ड की पहचान और प्रॉपर्टी की लीगल स्थिति खुद चेक करें।
🚫 4. हमारी जिम्मेदारी
DoonRooms निम्नलिखित के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता:
- लैंडलॉर्ड द्वारा फ्रॉड या मिसरिप्रेजेंटेशन
- प्रॉपर्टी की कंडीशन या लीगल स्टेटस
- रेंटल एग्रीमेंट का उल्लंघन या डिस्प्यूट
- प्रॉपर्टी डैमेज या सेफ्टी इश्यू
📋 5. टेनेंट के दायित्व
- सभी जानकारी सही और सत्य भरें
- लैंडलॉर्ड के साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करें
- प्रॉपर्टी का सही उपयोग करें
- रेंट समय पर दें और एग्रीमेंट का पालन करें
🔒 6. डेटा प्राइवेसी (DPDPA 2023)
हम आपका डेटा (नाम, मोबाइल, ईमेल, आदि) केवल प्लेटफॉर्म सुविधा और लीगल जरूरत के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं। हम इसे बेचते या थर्ड पार्टी को शेयर नहीं करते।
⚖️ 7. गवर्निंग लॉ
यह Policy भारत के कानूनों के अधीन है। विवादों का समाधान पहले नेगोशिएशन से, फिर देहरादून में आर्बिट्रेशन से होगा।
📞 8. शिकायत अधिकारी
शिकायतें Help सेक्शन से करें। 24 घंटे में स्वीकृति और 15 दिनों में समाधान।

DoonRooms ("Platform", "We") is an online room rental intermediary platform in India. This Policy applies to you as a Tenant, Room Seeker, or Rental User.
By using the Platform, you fully accept this Policy.
🏠 2. Nature of the Platform
DoonRooms is only an intermediary platform. We are not property owners, brokers, or managers.
⚠️ We are not a party to any rental agreement. All dealings are directly between Landlord and Tenant.
💰 3. Financial Disclaimer
DoonRooms does not process any payments. Rent, deposit, advance etc. should be paid directly to the landlord.
⚠️ Always verify the landlord’s identity and legal status of the property before any financial transaction.
🚫 4. Our Liability
DoonRooms is not responsible for:
- Fraud or misrepresentation by landlords
- Property condition or legal status
- Rental agreement violations or disputes
- Property damage or safety issues
📋 5. Tenant Obligations
- Provide accurate and true information
- Behave respectfully with landlords
- Use the property properly
- Pay rent on time and follow the agreement
🔒 6. Data Privacy (DPDPA 2023)
We collect and use your data (name, mobile, email, etc.) only for platform functionality and legal requirements. We do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
⚖️ 7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation, failing which through arbitration in Dehradun.

Submit complaints via the Help section. Acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within 15 days.
